Wonderful

It’s a wonderful platform, typically for lawyers, law firms and corporate legal departments to take off a time for entire day and attend event like this. The way the event is organized is very interesting and your keynotes and presentation were very nicely developed into a product, where one can see the entire spectrum of how law technology is helping law firms. It’s a fabulous platform.

How Oxygen Forensic Detective Integrates with the EDRM? (Looking at the EDRM from a mobile data perspective)

The presentation discusses the EDRM stages through the eyes of Oxygen Forensic Detective. While Information Governance “is what it is” for all ESI, Oxygen Forensic Detective can start applying specific workflows and abilities in the ESI identification stage of things. This discussion will compare the continued stages of the EDRM against OFD technology.

  • Identification: Documenting relevant ESI mobile applications including their local device data as well as connections to cloud-based data sources – including access credentials.

  • Preservation | Collection: Utilizing OFD Device Extractor and Cloud Extractor to perform data extraction from identified applications and cloud platforms – including maintaining data integrity.

  • Processing, Review, Analysis: After collection, leveraging OFD analytics and review technology to reduce bulky data sets to relevant review packages while maintaining scope and context.

  • Production: Leveraging OFD export technology to provide Relativity-based work product, and / or using OFD review technology to provide review teams their “reduced-for-review” datasets.

  • Presentation: Leveraging OFD export technology to display relative mobile data in near native view – including travel planning and routes, chat conversations, pattern-of-life data, restricted access confirmation, camera-based recordings and more.
