No cost involved for GCs or other experts specifically invited by Events 4 Sure to speak. We understand the responsibility of delivering exhilarating events around the globe; and therefore our speakers are specifically handpicked from relevant industry. The only condition is that the speaker must qualify our speaker qualification process. The Law firm Partners, Service Providers & Legal Tech Vendors are required to pay sponsorship fee to speak and demonstrate their expertise.
What is the Speakership Opportunity in Joint Case Study Presentation?
Joint Case Study Presentation is like individual knowledge sharing session. Each speaker shares insights on pre-defined agenda topics for about 10 mins. This turns out to be a very interesting session and helps audience engage themselves in the entire event program.
What about Speaking Opportunity in Opening Keynote Session?

20 Mins Exclusive Case Study Presentation is an exclusive opportunity available to only your organization. It takes place in between the panel discussions as part of conference program. Where can I see the agenda and existing speakers for the event?

How can I select the topic of my speakership?
Unless already proposed, you can see the agenda subjects published on the respective event website. You can either choose one of them to speak on and let us know. Optionally, if you wish to speak on any other related topic, simply let us know the topic/bullets. We shall get them incorporated at the right place.
Will my speakership session be live on the event day?
No. It will be a recorded session. In order to avoid the unforeseen technical issues, we shall record your speakership session in advance of the event. We shall do the necessary editing to make it part of the main session and presentable. We shall run the entire event video on the event day.
What sort of brand visibility do the speakers get?
The speakers are promoted at our event website, in all marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, testimonials, promotional videos, etc. They seek robust brand visibility through all our social media promotions including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook. Post event brand visibility remains additional.
How can I get my marketing collaterals circulated to all event delegates?
As part of the branding opportunities, your marketing collaterals such as: Presentation, White Papers, Articles, Brochures, Knowledge Papers, Free online gifts etc are received in advance of the event. All these collaterals are published online at one place and invitations are sent to all attendees to visit this section during the event day. They can not only see these collaterals but also download at their wish.
How can I get the access of event session recordings?
Once the event gets over, we send you the recordings link subject to approval from speakers.
How can I refer someone who may be interested to speak in the events?
Please feel free to send the details to us at email@example.com if you wish to recommend someone to speak in our event. We have our speaker qualification process. We shall do the needful.
Where will the event be held?
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate from your convenient location. The virtual event is accessible from computer, mobile and tablet devices.
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this virtual event?
You do not need to download or install any software to attend. It’s web-based, so all you will need is a computer / mobile / tablet device and an internet connection.
How do I login on the day of the virtual event?
Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You can use those details to access the online event.
Will I be able to take away any documents or files from the virtual event?

How is the Online Event being Organized?
We organize this conference online and use FLOOR (Floor.bz) as our platform for all sessions.
There are 4 primary sections on the event website on the day of the event:
Stage/Sessions: Here is where all the sessions are made live. You will be able to see all the sessions one by one just like a conference. There is no option of rewinding or forwarding the sessions on the day of the event but once the event is over, the same session is available as an on-demand video that you can rewind and forward.
Virtual Exhibition (Booths): This is the section where you will find all our virtual exhibitors and their booths. You will be able to download thoughtware, case studies, articles and various other collateral from our sponsors and you will also be able to contact/meet them via their Front Desk & Board Room.
Networking Lounge: This special section has been created to give a feel of the networking lounge of an in-person event. You will be able to join or ask questions to the particular group or you can call or video call with a person in the meeting table room depending on their acceptance.
Handout Bag (Download Thoughtware): This section is designed for people to download interesting and thought-provoking collateral from not just our sponsors but also from our speakers and delegates.
