ABOUT THE BUNDLE

Will anything be shipped to me?


Since this is a digital product nothing will be shipped to you.




I’m not an expert with technology...will it be hard to use my bundle?


Absolutely not! We’ve made the process as clear and simple as possible. Our bundle is easy to download and use. Once you buy the bundle you will be sent an email with your order number and download link to the zip file. It is rather large, so please be patient with the download.

However, if for any reason you encounter any challenges, please contact us at support@mymontessorihub.com and you’ll get all the help you need.




What language are your bundles in?


All materials are in English.




I bought the previous bundles, but can not access them.


Please note the links to our bundles are valid for 365 days. If you can not access them in the first year since you bought the bundle, then please email us at support@mymontessorihub.com

How can I pay for the bundle?


We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@mymontessorihub.com




Do you offer refunds?


Due to the digital nature of the bundle products we are unable to offer refunds. Should you encounter any trouble accessing the bundle after purchase, contact us at support@mymontessorihub.com and we will ensure you receive it.




Is this a one-time fee or do I need to make recurring monthly payments?


You pay just ONE TIME for lifetime access to the bundle :) The download link will be valid for 30 days, so you will have plenty of time downloading all your resources to your computer. We recommend you do so asap. Once downloaded, you can use your resources whenever you want. They are yours for good.




I placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email.  What should I do now?


Don't worry. There’s likely to be a simple, solvable explanation to what may have happened such as:

1. The email somehow went to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.

2. Perhaps you mistyped your email address when ordering (you're not alone - this happens often). Please email us at support@mymontessorihub.com, so we can send you the files. Please include your payment receipt in your email so that we can quickly investigate this for you.

3. If you paid by PayPal and it is a different address, then perhaps the order when through to that email address. Please double check it.

When will I receive access to the bundles I purchase?


As these are digital materials, you will gain instant access to all of the products you order. Following your purchase, you will be instantly led to a thank you page with some important information and a download link. Furthermore, your download link will be emailed to your main email address. So please check your email. The download link is valid for 30 days.

Please ensure that you provide the correct email address when ordering and double-check your spam folder.




I bought the bundle, but can not see the download link?


Please note that the access link to your bundle was emailed to you straight away. Check your inbox including your SPAM folder and make sure you add our email address support@mymontessorihub.com to your address book.

If you can not find your order email, please send us the payment confirmation to our email address support@mymontessorihub.com
